Isomalt is a special type of sugar, Less sweet than traditional sugar to decorate desserts with constructions similar to blown glass.
Granular natural sugar substitute, ideal to make decorations or sculptures with pulled or blown sugar, centres of cookies or combined with food safe moulds. How to use: slowly melted the isomalt in a saucepan at 150°C. Careful: the mass will turn boiling. Once melted carefully pour in the chosen shapes. After cooling it will solidify. It can be colored, once melt, with food watersoluble powder colours.
